Here is a film which is a true winner , a poverty seller , a lively saga or whatever you want to call it . Movie shows it all from what one turns face and does not look at in real life . Had this not been made , how many wouldn't have come to know the truth lying beneath the fakes . loved it , actually the way it goes & the memory of the boy Jamal , was all awesome , the way his life goes & love enlightening his life at last .That was all in a movie although but one becomes happy as it ends , in short one comes happy outside the theatre . A sure shot story line ,nothing useless , worth watching & a visual delight for the 2 hour long movie . The movie teaches to smile & to believe in destiny (it is written) . Miracles do happen , one has to wait , have patience & do what seems to be right . Film tells many of us that how our life is better than millions living in this world of cruels. Makes one feel happy by heart, watch this one to actually know the value of what we have but not of what we don't .A straight heart touching experience turning us eye to eye to reality . Rahman's music scores top , brings flurries of hope & makes the film even more touching . First golden globes & oscar nominations & now won my heart , the last one is more prestigeous than the former two haha!!!
The show who wants to be a milionaire hosted by Anil Kapoor , an untypical host who doesn't respect the boy Jamal in a way he cracks rotten jokes on boy Jamal , which is undesirable in reality shows .
The interrogation by irfan khan was shown good &the boy narrating his own story was still good . THEY ASKED ME WHATEVER I KNEW :: hOW a slum living boy knows answers to questions whose answers are miserably given by other literates.Everyone watching the show & the host himself suspects Jamal of cheating & fraud . They send him to police custody to speculate the same . The police tortures him , beats & whatever they could , but the boy had a simple reply to there queries ........THEY ASKED ME WHATEVER I KNEW .Thats destiny huh!!!.......................

ii) 'R.K'. is cursing India to be 'democratic' , if it wouldn't have been democratic he would have banned 'He-mess '.Not getting a place to cry he weeps for hours sitting near the shit pot after watching KaRzz promos (yuk!).
iii) He-mess was given a schedule of exercise to increase his facial expressions by Baba Ramdev. But it didn't work & He-mess still looks expressionless on-screen . He curses B.R. ........

i)'TaShAn': Kareena possessed Paris Hilton (Hollywood hottieeeee...) figure (even copied her expressions )& cursed yashraj for insisting size (0) zero look as the film flopped .
ii)'Dus ':( yes the movie {years ago} didnt make anything on box office ) Shilpa Shetty copied Lara Croft look & cursed herself for beleiving that the Tomb Raider was a flop .She supposed that no one would catch her replicating as the movie flopped.
iii)'Ankahee': Esha Deol simulating Madonna's haircut in the movie made it a flop .
She cursed Madonna as she turned 40. Thereafter Esha has an unlucky no. that is 40.
P.S.:
List goes on & on , I guess , I myself have started cursing them all. Enough is enough , no one's genuine in bollywood (except some).

well the movie which has certainly changed perception abt rock music in minds of various ppl who consider lovers of rock ( youngsters ) as crazy nd insane who wear too long hair and play music too loud
a very brave attempt by the makers who presented the rock in its actual conventional form cnt believe bollywood film makers can even think of doing something like this......
its lyk a 'Dream movi' for all those (including ME......phew...!!!!!) who were tired of usual indian romantic/action films.....nd ofcourse those fake/immitated/sequel/remix crap movis..........ahhhh long list
good acting by director turned debut actor cum singer farhan....
nd is co-producer of the movie...
so much work eh..?

its a story abt 4 frnds.....(frnds ? no such detail though)
who form a rock band 'MAGIK'
nd dream to becum no.1 rock band of india (yes i know u also want to do same....LOSER..!!!)
finally they get a platform to perform in V 's reality rockband show
nd how there life turns out to be int he end......
The flash backs and flash forwards may annoy you a bit...
and yes the viewer is invited to yawn once or twice
but overall a nice decent movie........
cant call it a family movie....
but yes you can watch it with your family (no rakhi sawant and no item no's)

Today, bollywood added one more flick to its copycat list. As expected the movie is a remake of hollywood blockbuster of 2003 "Bruce Almighty".
The big b part ws originally played by Morgan Freeman,Sallu by jim Carrey & Pyiyanka by Jennifer Aniston. Its a kind of pity for bollywood (ye nahi sudhrenge) . Afzal Khan really showed nuisance onscreen for 3 long hours .Its a torture sitting in theatre n watching this one.
Nagesh Kukunoor once in a award function said that v are a country of 100 million people n v can not even bring a genuine story out of us.This really is sad .huh!!! when this bollywood gonna grow up & make some genuine movies .Even the posters resemble themselves .........shame
i condemn that.
